My brother and my dad both have a birthday very close together. Since we just got back from a trip to Florida on Sunday and Daddy's birthday is today, I didn't attempt to do any complex kinds of cards for him. I always think of daddy when I see this stamp in the Goody-Goody Gumdrops set - an ice cream sundae with a cherry on top. Daddy loves cherries, so I thought a nice, simple card would be just right for him!
My color combo is Kraft paper base, Chocolate Chip, Riding Hood Red DSP, and Very Vanilla. I used watercolor paper for the ice cream image - it looks so pretty with the watercolors. I'm going to have to work on my shading to make it more interesting....
