Worth the Wait

I decided the Flirtatious DSP was just perfect for this page about my daughter waiting to meet Rapunzel this summer!  I used a sketch from Sketches in Thyme to get all the pictures on the page without crowding it.  I loved that they used a two page sketch this time!
Here's a closeup of the left side - you can see the Tasteful Trims die cut at the bottom in Wisteria Wonder.  I added some Daffodil Delight pom pom trim across that paper strip, also.  The rhinestones were from Recollections by Michaels.  The doilies are just cut from the die cut paper that comes in the pack.  I swear if they sold just the die cut papers, I would buy 50 sheets of it!  I love those doilies!
Here's mostly more of the same.  You probably can't see the journaling, but it basically says that we had to wait a long time in the hot Florida sun to see Rapunzel, but when we got into the courtyard, Halleigh got to color a picture, do a little dance to the music from Tangled, and finally meet Rapunzel, so it was all Worth the Wait.
Those letters are actually chipboard thickers, but I colored them with my Wisteria Wonder Stampin' Write marker and then coated that with the Illuminate top coat Smooch polish.  I just love that stuff, too!

Ink:  Wisteria Wonder
Paper:  Daffodil Delight, Wisteria Wonder, Flirtatious Specialty DSP
Accessories:  pom pom trim, tasteful trims die cut, illuminate top coat smooch, paper hole punch 1/8",  rhinestones (recollections), thickers (american crafts)

Love, love, LOVE that you cute apart that doily paper! Brilliant! I've had those two sheets for the longest time, but I didn't know what to do with them. Now, I do! Thanks for the inspiration on your CUTE page! Thanks so much for playing along with us this month at Sketches in Thyme!
