Pinwheels on Parade made this a super duper easy scrapbook page to put together! There's not really much to say - I used the border stickers and cut them to different lengths under the pictures. The pinwheels stick together perfectly and I added some Basic Rhinestones on top. This one went together fast....that's a good thing these days!
