I found this little green tinsel trim in a pack of Making Memories vintage Christmas items. I thought it would really look neat if I made it look like I was trimming my paper with it. I paired it with the Cute Christmas paper and big buttons. I added a few rhinestones and used some fabric thickers from American Crafts. I made the journaling spot using the Notes and Details stamp set and then used part of some packaging from Studio Calico underneath it.
